 COET is the only college in Maharashtra State offering B.E. (Printing) degree course that prepares students with emphasis on engineering aspects. Major Laboratories  Prepress section
Equipped with sufficient number of computers, scanners, laser printers, Epson 7900 inkjet printer, plate making equipment such as, exposing frames, flexo plate processor. Printing section
with four offset machines, 2 color gravure machine & flexo machine. Finishing section
having cutting machines, perfect binding machine & other equipment. Material Testing Lab
Includes G.S.M. Tester, Cobb tester, falling bar viscometer, emulsification tester, porosity tester, brightness tester etc. Other Features Department Library
Exposure to commercial production jobs to enhance practical experience and build up confidence in students.

The department has access to the commercial press of the parent institution which has a regular publication division.
About 600 students are working in leading National & Multinational establishments holding high positions.

Printing Departmental Details Conferences / Seminars / Winter / Summer schools organized: 2008-2009, 2009-10 2 days workshop on Densitometry by Mr. Abhiit Pandit.
Workshop on Binding Techniques organized by Well Bound Industries.
A lecture on Aspects of Basic of Design given by Ms. Smita Melinkeri.
Special recognition received by the Department Late V.G. Joshi Trust gave scholarship worth Rs. 7500/- to 10 meritorious and deserving students each.
Late V.G. Joshi Trust donated Rs. 500,000/- to department for set up of E-library for M.E. students.

Department received Sponsorship amount of $17,000.00 for Research Projects in the field of Gravure by OMNOVA SOLUTIONS INC., U.S.A for the academic year 2009-10.
Department received Sponsorship amount of $100.00 each for Third & Final Year student by OMNOVA SOLUTIONS INC., U.S.A for the academic year 2009-10.
First Prize for best application paper at International Conference on Global Manufacture & Innovation at CIT, Coimbatore.
